McCarthy. It became affiliated with the Building Service Employees' International Union in 1962, now known as the Service Employees International Union. In 1990 the local had a membership of 1,850. The collection consists of correspondence, constitutions, labor agreements, annual reports, newsletters, newspaper clippings, and publications.
